Custom Preparations

We will skillfully debone, trim, stuff, marinate, and prepare (according to your precise specifications), a wide variety of locally-sourced and naturally-raised meats.

Custom-packed orders

We can vacuum-pack your entire order in either individual or custom portions, depending on your specific requirements.

All of our meats can be dry-rubbed or marinated at your request.
